Bases

Buildings

When we intervene on different kind of buildings we take care of plasters, paintworks and decors restorations. The last one is our distinctive feature.

Plasters

Fact-finding investigations, decay analysis and mapping.
Plaster refurbishment with traditional techniques and materials (Lime putty produced in pits) selected inert materials or active materials (marble powder, cocciopesto, pozzolana).
Plaster particular finishing with special techniques such as marmorino, imitation marble, arenino alla ligure.

Paintworks

Different repainting techniques according to specific interventions such as gazing, sponging, etc.
Water-repellent and conservation treatments with specific products.

Decors Restoration

Restoration, refurbishment, integration and conservation of painted decorations and others, with the intervention of highly skilled staff, using specific materials and techniques according to the results of fact-findings analysis on original sites.

Roofs

In the field of coatings, we offer roof coating interventions, and wooden and vault structures restoration.

Roof coating

Refurbishment of the roof coating with traditional materials and techniques such as slate, tiles, ciappe.
Coating of special roofs (steeples, domes etc.) with corten copper plates.

Wood structures restoration

Fact-finding investigations.
Conservation and restoration of supporting wood structures with remedial treatments and wood preservatives against microbiological attacks.
Consolidation and reinforcement interventions on wood structures through epoxy resins, reinforcement prosthesis, replacement of damaged parts, etc.

Restoration of vault structures

Consolidation of supporting vault structures and wattle ceilings with traditional techniques (controvolta armata, adding another vault with concrete) and innovative techniques (reinforced resin injections, carbon fibres, etc).
